Fenced in yard with patio furnishings, front porch with rockers and driveway with TWO complimentary dedicated parking spaces and additional complimentary street parking is available. Magnolia is a short 9 blocks to downtown’s historic Wilmington and the spectacular Wilmington Riverwalk which spans nearly 2 miles stretching alongside the Cape Fear River lined with stores, markets and eateries. Guests will have full access to the entire home and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

  • Go through the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the host whenever you can. If the host is not available, remember to take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.

If your property and/or host was great, they always love to hear your praise.
