You'll have a well-equipped kitchen with new appliances and plenty of counter space, along with a enormous dining table that seats up to eight guests. The home is delightfully decorated with tons of beach décor throughout the home. The main bedroom includes a king bed, a intelligent TV, a private bathroom, and access to the covered deck. The queen bedroom with a intelligent TV and deck access shares a hall bathroom with the bunkbed/twin room. Unwind and appreciate your morning coffee on the covered deck overlooking the canal. The anchored platform deck with railing on the channel has a table with seating and an attached floating dock ideal for fishing and docking your boat. Appreciate family activities and games in the roomy backyard.
