The well-equipped, island kitchen showcases delightful countertops and a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher. Modern essentials include central air-conditioning, complimentary internet access, and a private washer/dryer.

The upstairs primary suite includes an en suite bathroom, intelligent TV, and a private balcony.

In the third bedroom, there are four beds total: a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom, a twin bed on the top, and a twin trundle bed. There is also a freshly added twin bed.
