Welcome to FAMILY TIDES!! we want to invite you to appreciate our 5 bedroom, 5 and 1/2 bath home.
It was designed with families in mind and is less than a 1 min. walk to the beach access. We’re sure you and your family will make excellent memories here.

This is a reverse floor plan with an elevator to all floors. The entry level has 2 queen bedrooms and a bunk room with triple bunk beds! Yes, that's correct (check out the photos) sleeps 6. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. All bedrooms have TV's.
Also, on this level is a seating area with TV and a combination pool and air hockey table. Off the sitting area is a porch/balcony overlooking the pool area.

On the main or upper level you will find a gorgeously designed great room with kitchen, dining and huge seating area. Also on this level is a queen bedroom and a king bedroom. The upper deck overlooks the pool area and has the stairway to the crow’s nest. The vistas from the crow’s nest of ocean and marsh are striking. Sunrise from the crow’s nest is pretty!

Not in the beach mood? No worries! Savor our outdoor getaway - lounge in the sun, play in the pool and savor a cold drink at the Tiki Bar all while watching TV. POOL HEATER JUST INSTALLED! There is an additional charge of $70 per day for pool heater.

About the Area

Located in Holden Beach, this vacation home is near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Holden Beach and Ocean Isle Beach. Traveling with kids? Consider Magic Mountain Fun Park and Planet Fun. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

Finding your perfect rental:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules usually open a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To book the largest rental within your budget, we highly recommend booking in the Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Wrightsville Beach attractions.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your family qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Property managers usually offer their guests an option to add trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which costs 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for any missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional fuel expenses. Trip insurance can be a a life-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.
• Find a copy of your local Wrightsville Beach visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property.
