4 bedrooms with 2 Jack-and-Jill bathrooms, entirely appointed kitchen, open floor plan to living room with vistas of the beach and ocean. Spend sunrise and sunset appreciating a 180 degree vista from the deck (and if you’re lucky you may spot some dolphins!). Direct beach access makes it simple to dash back to the home for a snack or trip to the bathroom without lugging all your gear. Comfy and comfortable inside yet bright, airy, and beachy.

A limited amount of beach towels and chairs are supplied. For bigger needs contact local rental companies.

Upon arrival, a handy-dandy binder provides menus and information about the home and area. When you’re ready to step off the beach, OIB offers mini-golf, an arcade, fishing on the pier, boating, cycling, complimentary concerts on Friday, craft markets on Tuesday, and an activity filled playground with bocci and basketball among other amusements. Did we mention golfing? Bring your clubs as there are over 20 courses within 10 miles.
