Outdoor perks include two showers, cornhole, ping pong, BBQ grille, and direct beach access via a railed boardwalk. Whether you're relaxing on the sun deck, appreciating games with adored ones, or sipping coffee as the sun rises, this home is designed for memorable family moments. Gated access ensures privacy and tranquility of mindGuests have access to the entire home, including all six bedrooms, multiple living areas, entirely equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, two outdoor showers, patio, balconies, and private beach walkway.
The home is located in a gated community—gate code and check-in details will be shared prior to your arrival. Free on-site parking for multiple cars is available.

Max occupancy is 15 guests—additional guests require pre-approval and may incur additional costs. Located in a gated West End community with a peaceful, private beach ambiance. Please treat the home with care and follow all checkout requests including wiping down kitchen surfaces and emptying the refrigerator. Hosts are happy to answer any questions prior to booking!

Parking reserved for registered guests only; No event/events; No Animals; No Smoking/Vaping onsite
Outside lights off by 11:00 pm as we are a turtle friendly community
Absolutely no outdoor "fry's". Seafood boils with water are acceptable. No grease frying. Outdoor gas grille is included for outdoor cooking and we offer one courtesy propane change out if needed. No onsite car washing and please do not move any furnishings. Thank you for respecting our home! 99% of our renters are completely gorgeous (we have repeat renters to prove that) but there's just that modest percentage that think rules do not apply and if you violate the rules you will be evicted.
