Four bedrooms and four full baths, new living room furnishings, upgraded entertainment center with 50" flat screen TV with cable in every room, internet/WIFI, wood floors throughout, bright interior décor, impressive oceanside deck. Locking guest storage room, outside shower, plenty of parking, one story convenience. New kitchen remodel and window upgrades in 2021. ***Pool can be heated upon advance notice for a fee. Pools are heated to a max. of 87-88 degrees but can only maintain a temperature of 8-10 degrees above the outside temperature.
