Included are beach chairs, wagon, and freshly added fire pit and corn hole in the backyard. The home includes marsh vistas and is only a two min. walk to the beach. You will savor the close by attractions of Caswell Lighthouse, historic Southport, Myrtle Beach, Shallotte River Zip Line and sitting on the porch with a beverage.
