Our condo has been appreciated by many visitors due to its location and closeness to enchanting eateries and especially Britts delicious donuts. Savor the ocean breeze from our ocean side master bedroom and living room. Just down the road is the fun filled amusement park, Fort Fisher, an Aquarium, and ferry to Southport, a gorgeous southern town.

Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach.   • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local resident! Local residents can typically help. Who better to ask where to see a beautiful sunrise or sunset, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to make sure you have not forget any personal items. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental a final time and keep an eye out for any damage. We suggest inspecting the property with the host whenever possible. If the manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
