On the ground floor, you'll find a bedroom featuring a king-size bed and TV, and another room with two double beds—ideal for families or friends. Each floor has its own bathroom for added convenience, ensuring everybody’s comfort.

Step outside and experience the beauty of the canal with a constructed-in bench dock ideal for leisurely fishing or simply appreciating the calming surroundings. There’s an uncovered canal-side deck where you can relax and watch the boats go by, or you can take in the activity on the road from the street-side uncovered deck. The two upstairs bedrooms even have access to private balconies, accepting you to savor the view at your leisure.

Inside, the home offers a variety of amenities designed to make your stay comfortable. An outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is available for rinsing off after a day of fun, while central heating and air conditioning keep the home cozy year-round.
