"Too Lazy" is a impressive 3,000 square foot oceanfront home located at 87 West First Street. This modern and handicap-friendly property offers an elevator to all floors, making it accessible for everybody. The home features a private 12' x 25' pool and provides all the convenience of home with bed linens and blankets, as well as 18 sets of towels and washcloths. The beds will be made upon check-in, but guests are asked to return the linens to the supplied bag at checkout and place it outside by the entrance door.

Guests can also savor a bespoke enclosed cedar shower with hot and cold water, ideal for rinsing off after a swim in the pool or the ocean. A golf cart charger outlet is located under the home.
