Tastefully decorated, you can make this condo your home away from home. The third bedroom is the loft overlooking the living area. Three new flat screen TV's - 40" Master Bedroom, 40" Hallway Bedroom, and 50" in living room. All are Intelligent TV's with streaming services. Wifi included. There is also a Community Pool available from Mid May - Mid September (dates are determined by the HOA). Located on the north end, you are just a few short blocks from the Carolina Beach Fishing Pier and Freeman Park. Eateries and shopping are only a short drive away. Make your reservation today.

Sheets and towels are NOT supplied within the unit. The unit only provides bed pads, pillows and comforters. If you prefer not to travel with linens ask us about our linen rental service we have here at our office.

Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. With surfing/body boarding, fishing, and swimming nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.

Getting the most from your spending budget:

• June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the largest rental home within your budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at the beach and popular Wrightsville Beach attractions. Many vacationers use this method to reserve larger homes, or to reserve an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable during the Summer. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation on the coast? Christmas, Thanksgiving, and New Years Eve are great times to gather with family and friends at your favorite beach.
• In the Wrightsville Beach area, The earlier your group can reserve a home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation rentals are booked early. Booking your vacation rental up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental property.
• Some owners offer promotional rates for veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your group before you book.
• Property managers often offer renters an option to obtain trip insurance protection. • Protect the rental owner (and your things!) by keeping the rental locked up while you are away, just like you would at home.
• At departure, complete a walk-through to make sure you didn't forget any personal items. Make sure to check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden treasure. Clean out the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Inspect the property one final time and look for any damage. We advise inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the manager is not available, remember to take pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
• Did your group have a wonderful stay? Most rental managers make it easy for vacationers to provide reviews. If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it. If anything was inoperable and they failed to address it reasonably, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your feedback.
