This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (14) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with intelligent doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
