SUMMER PLACE - 38 Private Drive - This home, in the Summer Place community, features five bedrooms and four baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen, one bedroom has two doubles. Upstairs, two bedrooms have one queen in each, the fifth bedroom has one full size bed and a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have TV's.
Conveniences include access to the Summer Place community pool, enclosed outside shower, two washers and two dryers, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, microwave, and secure Wi-Fi. The dining table seats nine, and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or spend a cool evening outside appreciating the ocean breeze. Private Drive is a direct and simple beach access street, and this home is a short walk from both the beach and the pool.
This property has keyless entry.
Although this home rents for partial weeks in the off season, before June 4 and after August 21, there's a three-nighttime minimum stay required. There's a golf cart outlet by the outside shower, and another one by the stairs. Our property has pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not supplied.   • Summer months are the most expensive season in Ocean Isle Beach. Reserve your Wrightsville Beach rental in the Fall or Spring to enjoy beautiful weather while saving money and avoiding crowds. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday vacation near the ocean? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Book your vacation rental as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer vacation rentals during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Book before these holidays for best selection.

  • Inspect the property one final time and look for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise walking through with the property manager whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
