This little gem (Sunskipper B3) is on the first floor (12 steps up) and very close to the beach. Has partial ocen vistas from the private balcony. Short walk to public beach access. Pool is just behind the building (usually open April thru Oct) Freeman Park & Carolina Beach Pier are only 2 blocks to north. The boardwalk is ~ 1 mile south. Queen bed in the bedroom and full futon in the living area. Both have great memory foam. 1.5 baths and minimalist configuration is ideal for couples, modest families, and girl's trips! Washer and dryer. Wifi w/ roku + cable. Linens, towels and paper products included. We have owned our little gem since 1995 and take very good care of it. We thoroughly clean and sanitize it ourselves after each visit. No family pets, events or smoking please!

It is located 1.3 miles from a NC Wildlife boat launch. If you have your own boat, there is plenty of room to park at the bungalow. This bungalow is located 1.8 miles to the OIB Pier which also has a beach access. The bungalow is located in a peaceful family neighborhood which accepts for privacy.There is plenty of paved parking and a carport that can be used to park a car.As you enter the bungalow there is a sun room with a full size couch that includes recliners. Also in this room is a 50" intelligent tv.The family room and kitchen are in one sizable area of the bungalow. Supplied is a dining table that can seat six, four bar stools to eat at the bar and two side chairs.Kitchen has granite counter tops, microwave above the stove, a glass top stove/oven with a warming drawer and a dishwasher.The front bedroom has a king bed, a full bathroom and a modest window seat.Beyond the kitchen is a full bath and two bedrooms. Each with a queen bed.In the hallway is the laundry closet that has a full size washer and dryer. Clothes detergent is included.Down the hall is a bedroom with a king bed and a full bath. This room has a sliding glass door that leads to a private deck. This room has another separate entrance to the home under the carport.There is a huge front porch with ceiling fans and two separate seating areas.The bungalow has an outside shower to use when you come back from a day at the beach.There is also a seashell garden in the front yard.

There are steps up to that level. The parking is open to other guests and you can park anywhere in the general parking spaces - one parking pass inside the unit should be left on your dashboard. There is no hook up for electric cars and golf carts are not allowed to be parked in our lot. Please inquire about spaces at the OIB Pier parking lot for a modest fee.Sleeping accommodations:The master bedroom has one queen bed and a brand new twin pullout sleeper that can sleep one individual.There is a sleeping cubby that accommodates two people under 6 feet tall (ideal for two kiddos).The living room offers a queen sleeper pullout (brand new!).We provide linens and pillowcases for a queen bed and depending upon your family size and other double bed, a twin and or queen pullout. 4 bath towels/wash cloths & 6 pillows.We have two beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach toys for you to use in the beach closet (key will be left for renters). Please text host upon arrival should any items be missing. We aim to please.Absolutely no animals/family pets are allowed. If animals are present you will be asked to leave with no refund. This is an HOA requirement, sorry.Absolutely no smoking of any kind in the unit, on our private deck or the condo pool/patio area. There is an open living room area with a TV on the main level and 2 reclining chairs. The dining room seats at least 8, with a kitchen pass through right off of it with barstools.On the main level there are 3 bedrooms (King, King, and Twins) and 1 bath, upstairs you'll find 2 more bedrooms (King & Queen) and an additional full bath. On the ground level you'll find the 6th bedroom with a queen bed, another living/game area with a pull out couch. There’s a full size ping pong table, pac-man game table and tv.
