Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pool pump is running and typically the pump does not run at nighttime due to time schedule.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 - March 31*. If you want us to attempt to heat the pool during this time we can for a cost of $75 per day for your entire stay, but once again, we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures.The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Ocean Isle Beach is a much quieter and less busy island than areas like Myrtle Beach, etc. The beach is spectacular and is very wide and clean with a nice gentle slope. The island has a fishing pier, arcade, surf stores, eateries, museum, ice cream parlor, mini golf course, bicycle, jet ski, kayak, boat and golf cart units. Only a fast walk to the beach!Just steps from the pretty blue-green waters and shining white sands of Ocean Isle Beach, this condo is also roughly 500 yards from the oceanfront Islander Resort Beach Club which includes a sizable oceanfront pool and outdoor Tiki Bar and Grille. Savor tennis on the community courts.The condo sleeps 8. All four bedrooms have King sized beds. Kitchen amenities include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, and toaster oven. Also located in the condo are 5 T.V.s, all with cable, as well as DVD/VCR's. Free Wifi is available. You will find a common elevator just outside the condo, making the trip up to the top floor a breeze!We cannot guarantee the communal elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. The HOA manages and maintains the elevator, not Brunswick Vacation Units. We do not give refunds if the elevator is broken or unusable during your stay.
