"Looney Dunes" A handsome well maintained privately owned ocean front duplex located on the West side of the Island with extraordinary ocean vistas and pretty sunsets. The beach access is beside the home at the 34th Street walkway. This is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home and sleeps up to 11 people. Indoor amenities include high speed internet, central heat & air, ceiling fans, dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave, additional drink refrigerator, 5 color cable TVs (4 are streaming compatible), 2 DVD players, stereo/cd player & a Keurig coffee machine. The Twin bedroom has a bin in the closet which contains: 1 egg crate, 1 bed pad cover, 1 King Spread - if renters convert to a King bed, you must convert to twins at departure. Exterior amenities are a sundeck, screened porch, fish sink & outside shower. This is a Non Smoking & No Animals allowed home. Nightly units require a departure maid service. Home is not equipped for Electric Car Charging.
