Exterior amenities include an outside shower, roof deck, screen porch, sun deck & covered porch. This home is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
