Meletis At Sunset, a gorgeous, privately owned linen ready (for 2023) canal home located on the East end of the Island. Interior amenities include washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 6 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players, WIFI, fireplace & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include 2 outside showers, permanent grille, screened-in porch, sun deck, covered porch & a floating boat dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & ***NO FAMILY PETS*** home. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
