The condo is pet friendly (modest dogs under 35 lbs) with a non-returnable pet fee per pet and up to 2 dogs allowed. The floor plan features adjoining dining/kitchen and living areas with two sizable sets of sliding glass doors and huge windows to appreciate a breathtaking view of the golf course and property grounds. The kitchen is entirely-equipped and the dining area has a table for four with a raised bar offering additional seating for four. An outdoor patio accessible from the living room area is the ideal spot to savor calming after a day on the beach or the golf course. Watch golfers test their putting skills on the green and observe the native coastal wildlife.
