The Villa offers a living room with a separate dining area, a entirely equipped kitchen (including a range, refrigerator with ice maker, and dishwasher, standard coffee maker, and Keurig), washer/dryer, plus a screened porch overlooking the resort's natural surroundings and Maples #10 hole. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.
