Sun Tee, a unique privately owned pet friendly single family canal home, located 17 rows from the ocean on the East end of the island. Interior amenities include WIFI, washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, central heat & air, 2 color cable TVs, 2 DVD players & ceiling fans. Exterior amenities include an outside shower, outside grille, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch & floating dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** home and accepts up to 2 dogs for an additional fee. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING

• Inspect the property a final time and scan for damage. We suggest walking through with the host whenever possible. If the property manager is not available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the property to record its condition at check-out.
