The two downstairs bedrooms each feature a queen bed and share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, while the fourth bedroom includes a pyramid bunk with a twin on top, a full bed on the bottom and a twin trundle underneath. This bedroom also has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower. In addition, a half bath is located downstairs for additional convenience.

The open living and dining area connects to a completely equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, blender, and everything needed for painless vacation meals. The dining table seats six, with three additional stools at the kitchen bar, making it simple for everybody to gather for meals or games.

Step outside onto the enormous, uncovered porch to relax, dine, or appreciate the coastal breeze while taking in vistas of the marsh and waterway. A private dock provides sound access (tide dependent), so checking a tide chart during your stay is recommended.

Additional amenities include central heat and air, a washer and dryer, an enclosed outdoor shower, Wi-Fi, and keyless entry. Guests also savor access to two community pools. This home is just a short walk to the beach access. A golf cart outlet is located under the home for added convenience.
