THE LOCATION
Welcome to your home away from home! Ocean Isle Beach has so much to offer. Become a local by visiting all the family-owned eateries and bars on and off the island. Join in with kayaking, fishing, and close by golf courses. Ocean Isle Beach offers plenty of activities for kids of all ages. Our favorites are the Museum of Coastal Carolina and the Town Center Park’s splash pad! Finest of all, being 2nd row means the beach is only a 1-min. walk away and the ocean vistas are handsome!

PROPERTY DETAILS
This property comes entirely supplied with all the amenities you will need to have a comforting and calming vacation. Conveniences begin with covered parking and lighting for up to 5 cars. There is a private pool (pool heating option available for an additional cost, please see "Important Information" for more details), and outdoor shower. Intelligent TVs are located in every bedroom and in the main living areas on both floors. There are sizable decks with beautiful vistas on each floor as well. The first floor den and the second floor living area make this home very cavernous. The kitchen is equipped for huge families with two fridges and two dishwashers! To make your stay with us feel a little more like home, this property includes a propane gas grille. Additionally, this home comes with six (6) beach chairs for you and your event to utilize at your leisure. The elevator makes this home handicap friendly.
All Stellar Beach units include bed and bath linens for all stays. This home has keyless entry to make the check in and check out process effortless!
One four-seater street legal golf cart will be included for all stays checking in on May 18th, and checking out on September 7th 2024.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Pool heating is an additional $100 per nighttime with a 3 nighttime minimum. If you would like pool heating please let us know at the time of booking or at least 30 days prior to your stay. *Please note* pool heating is only available between October 1st - May 15th.
Fire pits and deep fryers are not allowed for use at this property due to the safety hazards they pose.
Family Animals are not allowed at this property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel any reservation and receive a full refund of all amounts paid if you notify Stellar Beach in writing (by e-mail or letter) of your intention to cancel the reservation at least ninety (90) days prior to the check-in date. In the event that you cancel your reservation within ninety (90) days of your check-in date, for any or no reason, (including the failure to pay the final payment due 90 days before the stay), including inclement weather, you shall not be eligible for a refund of any payments made to Stellar Beach.

We offer Standard Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of Standard Trip Insurance is 7% of the total booking price. Standard Trip Insurance can be purchased up to 30 days before your stay.
We offer Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) Trip Insurance which covers you 100% of Trip Cost up to $100,000 if your cancellation reasons fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons (listed above) and 60% reimbursement if your cancellation reason does not fall within the 30+ standard cancellation reasons. The cost of CFAR Trip Insurance is 10.8% of the total booking price. CFAR Trip Insurance can only be purchased in the period of two weeks after your booking has been made and only if check-in is more than 30 days out.
