Our bungalow, bespoke constructed for us from shipping containers, was designed to meet our need for a guest home that took advantage of a modest footprint while offering max. comfort & amenities.

It is located on our property with a privacy fence surrounding, with private access in our peaceful and relaxing neighborhood.

We are centrally located halfway between Wrightsville Beach and downtown Wilmington.

It is a ideal spot, private and peaceful, with painless access to I-40, Market Street and College Road.

Wilmington is home to this cottage. Bellamy Mansion Museum and Burgwin-Wright House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Wrightsville Beach and Halyburton Park. New Hanover County Arboretum and Cape Fear Paddleboarding are also worth visiting.

Money saving strategies:

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in coastal NC. To find the best value, consider changing your family's Wrightsville Beach vacation to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.

  • Don't leave anything behind! Before departing, take a walk through the rental to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
  • Go through the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damage. We recommend inspecting the property with the property manager whenever you can. If the property manager is not available, take pictures of the property to record its condition.
