Stunning Vacation and relaxation, these are things everybody looks forward to. Whether you are surfing, basking in the sun or appreciating the summer breezes on the oceanfront deck, you will appreciate being on island time. This oceanfront 6 bedroom 3.5 bath home is steps away from the sand and surf. Grab a cold drink and feel the anxiety of everyday life melt away. This home has freshly been remodeled inside and the beach strand re-nourishment finished. All that is needed is some sunscreen, a good book and vacation memories to be made.

On the ground level there is enough room for 4 cars, enclosed outdoor shower, and golf cart charging outlets.

The first floor includes the kitchen (with a drip coffee maker), living and dining area, and laundry room. Along with a half baht, and two bedrooms with king beds that share a jack-n-jill bathroom.

The second floor have the remaining bedrooms. Two rooms with 2 doubles, one room with 2 twins, and the remaining room with 1 queen.

PLEASE READ RULES / NOTES PRIOR TO BOOKING:

You must be at least 26 years old to book and if your group is not related, the average age of all adults (not including kids) must not be under 28 years old.

NO home events, prom events, weddings, rehearsal dinners, or any other events of any kind

NO Animals — if you bring an unauthorized pet you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be given.

NO Smoking inside or on/around the premise

NO fire pits or deep fryers allowed on premise

Please note the fireplace is decorative only (if applicable)

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras located on the premises directed towards the parking area and/or entrances for added security and tranquility of mind.

Due to severe allergies some homes may not allow service or support animals. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.

If your *check in date* is on or between Memorial Day and Labor Day, your cleaning fee does include whole home linen and towel rental fee. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be included per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.
**In the off-season (Labor Day - Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT supplied in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $230 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third event. (Last min. bookings: We need at least 24-hour notice in order to provide linens!)**

​​​​​​​We provide a basic starter pack of essentials for your first day including a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, and a trash can liner per bin.

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally open twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years Eve get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Reserve your rental in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons to get the benefit of warm weather while saving money and avoiding crowded roads, restaurants, and activities. Trip insurance, which usually costs between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for days missed as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation costs, such as an unexpected hotel stay or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance can be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for specifics.
• Find a copy of your local visitors guide when you arrive at the rental property. If your rental doesn't have a copy, you can find them at local shops and visitor centers. In addition to great local stories, visitors guide magazines contain discounts for local accommodations, tours and attractions.
