Romantic hideaway ideal for two! Starboard by the Sea offers many features. Renovated condo with roomy two floors of living space. Private second floor loft bedroom with private bath. Nice deck to sit and hear the ocean. So close to our private beach or use the amenities. Try our three private pools with one being ocean front. The Intercoastal waterway is on the other side of the property. Three tennis/ pickleball courts. Laundry on site. Lots to do in the area or just relax on our little slice of heaven!

When to visit & When to book:

  • The sooner you can book a rental home, the better your selection will be. The best vacation homes are booked early. Booking your vacation home 6-12 months before your vacation is recommended. Holiday gatherings are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Ocean Isle Beach. Booking in the Fall or Spring is our best tip for saving money on your vacation. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a better selection of acceptable properties.
  • Hosts sometimes offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Ask your host or property manager if discounts are available for your family before you book.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners usually offer customers an option to obtain vacation insurance protection. Trip insurance, which usually costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the stay price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed days as a result of personal medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gas expenses. Trip insurance can be a a welcome relief if the unforeseen occurs. Ask the property owner for additional information.
