WELCOME to Historic Ebert-Artis Cottage!

We hope you have a great stay in Wilmington's Sensational Historic District! The Ebert-Artis House is a remodeled downtown home with modern amenities all while maintaining its historic appeal. This property features a stately front porch, chic modern kitchen, handsome wood floors, fenced in rear yard, and off street parking! The upstairs features two guest bedrooms, a full guest bathroom and a gorgeous owner's suite, which includes a refreshed bathroom with dual vanities, soaking tub, and huge walk-in shower. The downstairs features office (or 4th bedroom!), formal dining, eat in kitchen and living room with fireplace. You'll adore spending time in the roomy backyard complete with a fire pit and grille. The home is equipped with a whole home water filtration system and comes with plenty of room to have space for all of your family and friends! If you drive an electric car, there is even a TESLA charger installed at the home for you to use.

The location of Ebert-Artis Cottage really can't be beat. You'll be able to comfortably walk to all the striking stores and eateries that Downtown Wilmington has to offer. The Riverwalk is only a few blocks away as well. You're close enough to get all the benefits of downtown but in a peaceful location away from all the hustle and bustle.

Guests will have full access to the entire home, porch, and yard space. There is a locked owners closet for our supplies, but everything else is yours to use.

  • Speaking of neighbors... Ask a local! Residents can usually help you find exactly what you're looking for. Who better to ask where to find the best bike paths, have a great night out, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Protect the rental owner (and your stuff!) by locking the property when you are out, just like you would at home.
  • On check-out day, take a final walk-through to confirm you didn't leave anything behind. Check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Walk through the property one final time and scan for damages to contents or the property itself. We recommend walking through with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the host isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition.
