Location, Location, Location!  Just steps from the beachfront and boardwalk, Bella Casa is your home away from home in the heart of Carolina Beach.  With covered parking and beach gear to share, you will be ready to run right out to the beach just one row from your door. Eateries, bars, and the summer amusement park are in the surrounding block, including the famed Fat Pelican and Kate’s Pancake House across the street. Leave the car parked all week and walk anywhere you need to be! Our home is designed for gracious, comfortable living with sizable, comfortable, high-quality furnishings and linens. A bathroom for every bedroom ensures sleep time privacy and makes this the ideal beach rental to share with three modest families!

Linens - Sheets and Towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and laying on the end of the beds.

Rental Policies:
In response to the increased incidence of credit card fraud, a valid government photo ID will be required for every reservation. A signed rental agreement is required: accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of our rental agreement.

Arrival/Departure:
Summer Check-Ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm
Off Season Check-Ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm
Check-out is by 10 am.
We adhere to this policy so please do not arrive early early or plan to delay your departure.

You must be at least 25 to rent this unit.

Pet Policy:
One Dog under 80 lbs only. The first dog is supplied in the price of the Rental. Subsequent dogs are subject to an additional payment and restrictions! Carolina and Kure Beaches are pet-friendly, but you must follow town guidelines. Please check the town website for beach pet restrictions.

Cancellation Policy:
- Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
- After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days out from arrival, a full refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.
- After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival, there will be no refund processed unless the dates are re-rented. If premises are re-rented, a refund will be processed less a $300 cancellation debit.

Discover aquatic wildlife and vegetation at the North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher or appreciate a calming ferry ride across the Cape Fear River to a cozy little shopping town called Southport. Take a trip back in time at the Fort Fisher State Historic Site and Museum which features live oak-covered trails and bunkers from the American Civil War. Stroll through the marsh to visit the home of the famed Ft. Fisher Hermit. Or wind down with nature at our two state parks, sure to provide a memorable experience with hiking, fishing, and water activities such as paddle boarding and kayaking, and search for a Venus Flytrap which is native to NC only. As one of North Carolina's most undeveloped beaches, the island offers a unique opportunity to see many diverse coastal wildlife, including pelicans and loggerhead sea turtles, in their natural habitat. Located in Carolina Beach, this condo is on a river. Carolina Beach Boardwalk is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. Carolina Beach Arcade and Odysea Surf and Kiteboard School are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.

When to book & When to go:

• The earlier you can book, the easier your search will be. The best vacation rentals are booked very early. Reserving your rental property up to 12 months before your vacation dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your vacation home.
• Summertime is high season in Carolina Beach. To find the largest vacation home within budget, we suggest reserving in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Wrightsville Beach restaurants and activities. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday on the coast? Thanksgiving and Christmas are great times to gather with loved ones at your favorite beach.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager if your vacationing group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites usually offer customers an option to buy trip insurance.
