Just outside of the master bedroom is a hall bathroom with a glass walk in shower that services the neighboring twin guest room. The twin bedroom is furnished with two twin beds – a great place for kids or for additional guests!

A little further down the hall is a staircase that leads to the top floor guest room that feels more like a second master bedroom! There is a comfortable queen bed, beautiful vistas of the Atlantic Ocean, sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom that features a glass walk in shower and his and hers sinks. Passes are stringently enforced and limited to two per rental unit; no exceptions can be made. Vehicles must be parked in the designated spot(s) labelled for the specific building and unit. All reservations year round will require parking passes which will be issued to the reservation holder at the time of check in.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events.
