Bright, modren, modern coastal escape - conveniently located to eateries, stores, and bridge access to the mainland! This 3BR/3BA beach home is just steps from the sand! Savor unobstructed ocean vistas and breezes from 4 covered porches, a cavernous open-concept living/dining area, completely equipped kitchen, and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Includes washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, and parking for 3 cars! This home offers a ideal layout for friend groups, families, and couples.

A couple of things that make this coastal getaway special: impressive ocean vistas from two covered front decks, simple beach access is only 4 homes away, and calming covered decks on the back (great for taking in sunset vistas). Our home was also refreshed and refreshed in 2024, including a major kitchen remodel, upgrades to all bathrooms, plus all new luxury LVP on the 2nd floor. Lastly, we provide plenty of books, board games and puzzles.

The primary suite features a king bed, en suite bath, and access to a covered ocean view balcony. A second bedroom offers an en suite bathroom, queen bed, and access to a covered balcony with a table and chairs and couch seating. The third bedroom features an en suite bath, queen bed and a twin over queen bunk bed, as well as a covered balcony with seating.

Outside you will appreciate a nice-sized yard with ocean breezes, corn hole boards, charcoal grille and entirely enclosed outside shower. We also provide a beach cart and a few beach toys.

The entire home is yours to savor, aside from the owner's closets and outdoor storage closet which remain locked.

Also, this is a duplex but the unit is entirely separate with no shared spaces. We are side "A" with our own driveway, backyard and private entrances.
