Spectacular oceanfront home with private pool on the gated west end of Holden beach. This home has everything you need to complete your ideal ocean front vacation. Private pool, elevator, ping pong, shuffle board, 2 fridges, 2 living rooms, Intelligent flat screen TV`s in every bedroom, 5 1/2 bathrooms, gas grille, outdoor shower, covered and uncovered porches, and striking vistas!



The main level has a huge well-outfitted kitchen with 2 fridges, a drip coffee maker & a blender. The kitchen is open to the dining room with sizable table that seats 8 and has additional seating at the island overlooking the living room and oceanfront sunroom. There is a master bedroom with a king sized bed and a enormous bathroom on this floor, as well as a half bathroom. Upstairs you will find 5 more bedrooms, 4 with 1 queen-sized bed and 1 with 2 full beds, all with their own Intelligent flat-screen TV, another ocean front deck, and a second living room with Intelligent TV! Downstairs there is a ping pong table, shuffleboard, gas grille, charcoal grille, and private walkway out to the oceanfront pool with loungers and plenty of pool deck to soak up the sun. You can also access your private ocean-front walkway out to the beach from the pool deck, or main level of the home. *Please note the fireplace is for decorative use only!*

Want to Turn Up the Heat?

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.



Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season



When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.



Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.



Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!



The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All kids must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.



We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No kids are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.
