Walk down the boardwalk toward the beach and discover 3 Mermaids. You will fall in appreciate with the wide-open space overlooking the beach bringing a serene and peaceful setting for dolphin (and Mermaid) watching, and impressive sunsets. A reverse floor plan takes advantage of the expansive ocean vistas and accepts the sunlight to stream in. The kitchen and breakfast bar, with full amenities, will set the scene for the prepare in your family to serve up memorable meals. The dining room seats 8 and is ideal for enormous family enjoyment. Entertaining is painless with the open living room concept accepting everybody to be a part of the fun. All this leads to the huge private screened porch to take in the sun and serenity of this ideal island location.

The first floor features a extravagant master bedroom with king bed and newer tiled bathroom. The open roomy porch off the master bedroom offers broad oceanfront vistas usually found in multimillion dollar homes—and there’s ample room for reading, calming, beverage hours or just gazing at the rolling surf.
