Lil Nauti is a gorgeous, well appointed, new home, constructed in 2022.  Located on the east end of Sunset Beach, this home features a great location with a water view and a private pool.  Sit back and savor your favorite drink on either of the two covered decks while appreciating the coastal breezes.

Located in Sunset Beach, this vacation home is by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

When to go & When to book:

• Don't leave anything behind! Before you drive away, walk through the rental property to make sure you've collected all belongings. Re-check closets, dressers, garages, and bathrooms for hidden treasure. Remove everything from the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
• Please make sure to walk through the rental one final time and scan for damage. We recommend walking through with the property manager whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the property manager isn't available, take video of the property to record its condition at check-out.
