Designated Golf Cart charging outlets are located on the pilings between the parking spaces. Golf Carts must be charged using a single cable made for the golf cart and not a drop cord per OIB Fire Department. BOATS, RVs or TRAILERS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

There is a gas station/modest grocery market on the island also. Services available include grocery delivery and restaurant delivery. The town of Ocean Isle Beach has a useful website that lists things to do, beach rules, etc. Over the bridge on the mainland, there are shopping centers with grocery stores, drugstores, specialty stores, planetarium, and more eateries and as well as numerous golf courses. In the close by town of Shallotte, N.C., there are numerous plazas with discount stores, etc. Golf cart units available close by.
