Sunset Beach is also just a 1/2 hour north of Myrtle Beach where shopping shows and great food awaits you.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Sizable Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Extensive Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Grand Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.

Sunset Beach is home to this condo. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

May, September, and even October offer warmer weather, , and greatly reduced traffic.
