Appreciate a peaceful family beach resort located on the North Carolina coast, just mins. from the South Carolina line. Our trademark is our pristine three-mile-long sandy beach; gorgeous sunrises and sunsets (which can be seen from the island because of our unique southern exposure) and spectacular golfing. Other unique features of our community include Bird Island, a 2000+- acre nature preserve that borders the west end of Sunset Beach and can only be accessed by land via the beach.

This vacation home is at Sea Trail Resort, which is about as close as you can get to the beach yet have all of the amenities of a resort. Sea Trail features three signature golf courses (Rees Jones, Dan Maples and Willard Byrd) just about a mile from the beach. Sunset Beach's Ingram Planetarium, which provides educational and entertaining programs for both adults and kids, is just down the road.

When you're ready for nighttime life, bumper cars, and a bit of history, Myrtle Beach, SC, and Wilmington, NC, are just mins. away. And there are dozens of other areas of interest and local attractions close by. Travel to these close by areas and return to the luxury and quit of your own space.

About the Area

Located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach, this condo is next to a golf course and by the sea. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.

Finding your perfect rental home:

  • Reserve your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules often become available 12 months in advance (or in September just after Summer ends). Many groups book their Summer rentals during holiday gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking a rental in the Spring or Fall is our best tip for saving money on your vacation home. Rental rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of suitable properties. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront vacation rental that would otherwise be unaffordable during the Summer months. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook the holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation! Who wouldn't love a holiday near the ocean? Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years are great times to gather with family and friends at the beach.
  • Property managers sometimes offer promotional rates for veterans and active duty military. Check with your property manager to see if special offers are available for your family.
