Shoreline Bluff is a mainland Sunset Beach home located on the Intracoastal Waterway along Shoreline Drive West. It features five bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, waterway pier, and a private pool with pretty vistas of the Intracoastal Waterway. It's just mins. away from award winning golf courses and is a five min. drive to the beach. This impressive home has everything you want for your ideal vacation! Shoreline Bluff is privately owned and Sunset Properties provides its professional rental management services. Each reservation includes four parking passes for island parking at our Sunset Beach office. 

Not only is this the ideal vacation rental for families, it is also the very first of our properties to double as an event venue for weddings, get-togethers and other special occasions!  Please contact us for more information about events before reserving. Additional costs and contracts are required to host events at Shoreline Bluff. Nightly stays are available with a minimum of four nights.

This is a Linen Ready home – bath towels, kitchen towels and bathmats will be included at no charge, and the beds will be made with linen upon arrival.

About the Area

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting.

When to visit & When to book:

• Summer time is high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. To get the best value, change your group's vacation week to the Spring or Fall shoulder seasons. May, September, and October offer warmer temperatures, , and greatly reduced traffic.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules usually become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many groups reserve their Summer vacation rentals during holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective vacation rental company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a reduced rate.
• Property management companies usually offer their guests an option to purchase vacation insurance protection. • Precise information about bedrooms and bed counts is almost always available online. Otherwise, email or call the property manager before reserving the home. Remember that most listings specify the max. guest capacity, which typically includes pull-out couches and bunk beds. You'll need to establish what configuration is optimal for your vacation.
• If there's a specific Wrightsville Beach destination you crave, search for rentals that are either close by, or those that cater to your needs.
• Appropriate accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for the less-mobile. Make certain to ask about wheel chair entry, pool lifts and specialized equipment needs.
• If your group is bringing pets, you must reserve a pet-friendly vacation rental. Request specifics on breed, weight, and type restrictions. Be aware that some property managers charge pet deposits and fees.

• Double-check every room of the rental property to confirm that you've packed all personal items at check-out. Make sure to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take any leftovers home.
• Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.

If your property and/or property manager was wonderful, they would love to hear it.
