The main floor features a opulent master suite with a king bed and a second bedroom with a comfortable queen. Upstairs, one bedroom includes a double bed and a set of bunk beds with a double on the bottom and a single on top, making it ideal for kids or additional guests. Each of these three bedrooms has a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The upstairs master bedroom is a peaceful getaway with a king bed and a private bath that includes a garden tub and separate shower. The den offers even more sleeping space with a sleeper couch, privacy curtain, and a rollaway bed for additional flexibility.

Throughout the home, you’ll find seven Intelligent TVs—one in each bedroom, plus the living room, the den, and even one by the pool—making it simple for everybody to relax with their favorite shows. The dining room seats eight, with four additional seats at the kitchen island, creating the ideal space for gathering, sharing meals, or playing games after a day at the beach.
