This newly constructed property is located right across the street from our pretty beach, 2-min. walk to the beach access, with vistas of those impressive crashing waves from multiple points of the home, and if that doesn't suffice, take a fast walk up to our charming overlooking, "Widow's Peak". This widow's peak is directly facing the ocean and the view is fantastic for watching the rise and fall of the sun.

This home is equipped with 5 bedrooms, all conveniently accessed by elevator and stairs. Along with intelligent TVs and calming sleeping arrangements, all rooms also have an attached bathroom. Each bathroom has a walk-in shower, for simple access for all members of the family!
