The ground level is the gateway to your vacation.  Covered parking for up to 3 cars and off-street parking for up to 6 cars provides plenty of parking for you and your family.  Cavernous and inviting, the entryway to the home offers access to the elevator to make unpacking as painless as possible as well as a convenient space to store your sandy beach accessories.
Also on the ground level, the outdoor living space provides an escape from the beach and the sun with a tiki bar, heated salt-water pool, lounge chairs, and seating area.   After a swim at the pool or the beach, appreciate a exhilarating outdoor shower also located in the pool area. A gas grille is also on the ground level for poolside dining.
As you enter, first level opens to a den/additional room with comfortable seating, a 55" intelligent TV, video games, and a ideal hang out spot for kids, not to mention spectacular vistas of the ocean and access to a covered deck overlooking the ocean and pool.  In addition to the additional room, three bedrooms--each with private bathrooms--provide our guests with privacy and comfort.  The primary master bedroom (king bed) has ocean vistas through the triple-sliding door and direct ocean view deck access.  Two full beds adorn the second bedroom and the third bedroom has two sets of twin bunkbeds.    A laundry room with enormous capacity washer and dryer is also included for your use and located on the first level.
The kitchen features quartz counter tops, and a sizable center island with bar stool seating for 5. The kitchen is gorgeously appointed with everything you need to prepare meals at the home.  For safety, we use an induction stove, so if you have questions about what pots/pans we supply, please contact us directly.  The dining room's huge picture windows allow you to take in ocean vistas while dining. The living room off the kitchen provides comfortable seating whether your appreciating games, puzzles or TV while soaking in the handsome ocean vistas.  A huge deck off the main living area offers an area to sip your morning coffee, savor an outdoor dining experience,  OIB's striking sunsets, or listen to the sound of the crashing waves.  The deck includes a dining table for six and adirondack chairs and accent tables for additional seating.
Two more bedrooms on the top level--also with private baths--include a second master bedroom with extraordinary vistas of both the ocean AND the Intracoastal waterway as well as a fifth bedroom (queen bed) also with Intracoastal vistas.
Serenity awaits you in this brand new home constructed with comfort and convenience in mind.  Savor striking ocean vistas, sea breezes, and sunsets from two vast decks overlooking the heated pool.  Unwind while watching the boats trolling through the Intracoastal waterway, or savor a cold drink from the shaded tiki bar adjoining the invigorating pool.
We provide Sunday-to-Sunday units during peak season to help our renters avoid the busy traffic entering and leaving the island on Saturdays.  Shorter 5 day units with flexible dating will be available off-season.

Tricks and tips to get the very best vacation home experience:

Sticking to a spending budget:

  • Reserve your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally become available twelve months in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Book before these holidays for best selection.
  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To find the best vacation home within your budget, we recommend booking in Fall or Spring. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at the beach and popular attractions. Many vacationers use this strategy to find larger homes within budget, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
  • Veterans and Active Duty Military members may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
  • Management companies and individual rental owners often offer guests an option to obtain trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which commonly costs anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed time as a result of medical-related issues or weather, as well as evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or extra gasoline expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a bank account-saver if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for program terms and fees.
  • Often, management companies and vacation rental houses supply Wrightsville Beach area travel guides that include coupons, either offered independently by local businesses, or through a partnership between the property management company and the business itself. You can also find Wrightsville Beach visitors guide and coupon books at local grocery stores, shopping centers, and visitor centers.

Selecting the perfect vacation rental:

  • To start, have your family agree to dates and a budget.
  • Decide how many beds and what type of bedroom configuration you need. The Pointe of It All has 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. If you need a larger or smaller rental, use our Wrightsville Beach rental home search.
  • Specific descriptions of bedrooms and bed counts is usually accessible online. Otherwise, email the host before booking the rental. Remember that most properties list maximum guest capacity, which usually includes sofa beds in living rooms. You will need to determine what configuration is suitable for your vacation family.
  • If your group is traveling with pets, you must book a pet-friendly rental. Get specifics on breed, size, and type requirements. Be aware that some property owners require additional pet deposits and fees.
  • Does your family require special amenities? Most rental search websites include search filters for amenities. Use these filters to your advantage to find the perfect rental home.
  • Proper accessibility amenities can make or break a vacation for persons with a disability. Confirm all required amenities are included before reserving a rental

Have a great stay:

  • Add the property manager's phone number to your smartphone. Take a copy of check in/check out procedures.
  • Ask questions. You may need instructions for a fireplace, stereo or coffee maker. Contact your owner. They are there to help! A brief text message prevents a lot of issues.
  • Keep your rental home locked while you are away! Don't let crooks spoil your family vacation.
  • During arrival, note any issues with the property and immediately contact the host. Keep records of all correspondence in case a dispute arises.
  • Respect your neighbors. Often, nearby homes are occupied by permanent residents. Respecting noise limits and parking rules is the right thing to do.
  • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can typically help you find the best spots in town. Who better to ask where to find the best seashells, have a great night on the town, or the best spots for BBQ?
  • Don't leave anything behind! Just before you drive away, walk through the property to confirm you've collected all personal belongings. Remember to check garages, decks, and cabinets for hidden belongings. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Document the condition of the property at check-out. We recommend taking a video during your final walk-through.
  • Did your group have a fantastic vacation? Many rental managers make it easy for customers to provide feedback. If your property and/or host was terrific, they would love to hear it. If anything was out of order and they failed to fix it in a reasonable manner, or if the vacation rental wasn't as described, you'll want to make a note as part of your comments.

Victory Beach Vacations

Visitors who are on the hunt for the postcard-perfect vacation rental in the heart of the Carolina Beach or Kure Beach area will find an enticing selection and plenty of friendly customer service when they rent through Victory Beach Vacations. Based in Carolina Beach in the coastal Cape Fear region, Victory Beach Vacations has more than 100 vacation rentals in all shapes and sizes to ensure that every vacationing family can find their dream home away from home on the beach.   When you book your Cape Fear getaway with Victory Beach Vacations, the fun doesn’t end when you leave the beach, it continues with an array of privately-owned properties outfitted with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous beach vacation.   Jenna Lanier, General Manager, explains that her family first opened the rental and property management business in 2002. At the forefront of Victory Beach operations is Lanier’s mother, Caroline Meeks. Meeks is both the Broker in Charge and co-owner with husband, Buck Meeks, who manages the Field Services team with Lanier’s husband, Scott.   For nearly 20 years, the Victory Beach team has worked tirelessly to establish a network of top-of-the-line rental properties for Cape Fear visitors to enjoy. “As far as our properties go,” explains Lanier, “they are all updated, well-furnished and appointed. “We have always performed post-cleaning inspections and since the pandemic, have put freshly laundered duvets over all of the comforters between rentals.”   Lanier emphasizes how important the guests experience is “we strive to give our guests a relaxing, stress free, memorable vacation.” This emphasis on customer service has led to Victory Beach Vacations having a 4.8 Google rating with over 300 reviews by happy owners and guests. In addition to Victory Beach’s superior sanitation practices, the company offers properties for every type of visitor. Choose from luxury oceanfront houses and condos to more reasonbly priced 2nd row properties with oceanviews. Many properties include pools and hot tubs as well, perfect for outdoor entertaining, and many are dog friendly.   Lanier also notes that all properties are within walking or driving distance to Pleasure Island’s main attractions – Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. The former, as described by Lanier, is the more commercialized of the two destinations and features a boardwalk, outdoor dining options and a plethora of weekly activities including fireworks, live music, amusement park pop-ups, and movies under the stars. Kure Beach offers a more residential feel with its fishing pier, intimate restaurants and family favorite, North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher.More water fun awaits, too. “There is a harbor and a canal that feed into the intercoastal. We have several properties on the harbor so guests can bring their boat, kayak, [or jet ski] and travel between islands,” says Lanier.   A stay with Victory Beach Vacations is an annual pilgrimage for most. “A large percentage of guests are previous guests. Some even reserve the same property for the next year as they’re checking out,” Lanier says. “It’s almost like it’s their personal vacation home.”   Even before guests arrive at their vacation destination, the Victory Beach Vacations’ website greets them with a live beach cam and exquisite aerial footage of both Carolina and Kure Beaches.
