About the Area

This condo is located in Sea Trail, a neighborhood in Sunset Beach. While the natural beauty of Ocean Isle Beach and Holden Beach can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Cherry Grove Pier.
Ingram Planetarium and Museum of Coastal Carolina are also worth visiting. Looking to get your feet wet? Jet skiing, kayaking and motor boating adventures can be found near the property.

  • June, July, and August are the most expensive months along the coast of NC. To get the best value, try shifting your vacation to the Spring or Fall seasons. May, September, and October offer excellent weather, less crowded beaches, and reduced traffic. Speaking of the off-season, don't overlook Winter holidays for a Wrightsville Beach vacation!   • Don't forget to... Ask a local! Local residents can usually help. Who better to ask where to enjoy a steak with a view, have a great night out, or the best spots for shopping?
  • Keep the property locked while you're away! Don't let thieves spoil your trip.
  • At departure, take a final walk-through to confirm you did not forget any personal items. Re-check bathrooms, dressers, and closets for hidden items. Clean the refrigerator and take or dispose of leftovers.
  • Inspect the rental one final time and keep an eye out for damages to contents or the property itself. We advise inspecting the property with the host whenever you can (often this isn't possible). If the manager isn't available, ensure that you take video and pictures of the rental to record its condition at check-out.
  • After your trip, leave feedback! Hosts rely on good feedback to drive future reservations. They'll be much obliged for your review. Alternatively, if something wasn't right, other vacationing families will appreciate that you share your review and help them have the best future vacation. Please be objective.
