'Black Rose' is a four-bedroom home near South Beach. The main floor has a king master suite, a guest room with twin beds, and a additional room. Upstairs, there's another king bedroom and a kids' room with twin beds. The front porch and yard offer privacy, yet it's close to island amenities. Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Oak Island Lighthouse are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at The Clubs at St. James and Southport Marina. • Summer is high season in Bald Head Island. To get the largest rental home for your budget, we highly recommend reserving in the Fall or Spring shoulder seasons. You'll benefit from lower rental rates, better selection, warm weather and the absence of large crowds at restaurants, beaches, and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book an oceanfront rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the high season.
• Reserve your rental as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families reserve their Summer vacations during Winter holiday get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a special promotion or discount.
• Booking websites frequently offer renters an option to buy vacation insurance protection.
