Sunrise in your Slippers" is a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo located at Timbercreek. The vistas are spectacular from the main living area, master bedroom, screen porch and deck. We are literally steps away from the marsh with it right in your own back yard! The screen porch is one of our favorites, which is off of the living room. The master suite has a king size bed with it's own private deck with a view. It is just ideal for your morning coffee. The guest bedroom consists of 2 twin beds and a bath. Our simple, cozy home is just the right place for your calming vacation! There is also a community pool for your usage. We have plenty of beach gear and 2-4 passenger carts.

Located in Bald Head Island, this condo is near the beach. Bald Head Island Lighthouse and Old Brunswick County Jail Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher and North Carolina Maritime Museum at Southport. How to get the best rental home value:

• Book your vacation home as soon as possible. Rental schedules generally open a year in advance (or in September just after Summertime ends). Many families book their Summer rental homes during Thanksgiving and Christmas get-togethers. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• June, July, and August are the most expensive months in Bald Head Island. To get the best rental home within your budget, we recommend booking in the Spring or Fall. You'll enjoy lower rental rates, greater selection, beautiful weather and the absence of large crowds at your favorite Wrightsville Beach restaurants and activities. Many vacationers use this strategy to reserve larger homes, or to book a beach front rental that would otherwise be unavailable during the Summer months.
• Active Duty and veterans of the US Armed forces may be qualified for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property manager whether your group qualifies for a discount.
• Booking websites often offer guests an option to buy trip insurance protection. Trip insurance, which will generally cost 1% - 5% of the base booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed vacation time as a result of medical-related emergencies or weather, as well as hurricane evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel or additional gas expenses. Trip insurance is definitely a welcome relief if the unforeseen happens. Ask your property manager for details.

• If your group is vacationing with pets, you will need a rental that allows animals. Ask for specifics on breed, size, and type restrictions. Some property managers require additional pet deposits and fees.
