This 4 bedroom, 3 bath home was completely modernized in 2018 and is attractively decorated. The ocean and sunset vistas are one of a kind! Savor the breezes on the two screen porches or soak up the sunshine on the open deck. The open floor plan is ideal for family gatherings or couples looking for a hideaway. The kitchen is well appointed with a Keurig coffee maker and features a sizable granite island with bar seating. The furnishings is modern and selected for comfort. Each bedroom is outfitted with comfortable beds, TVs and oscillating wall fans. This home features two master suites upstairs both having king size beds. Downstairs there is a bunk room that includes two twins and two double beds. There is also a king bedroom downstairs which shares a full bath with the bunk room. The home is pet friendly and your four-legged family members are welcome! We have a bespoke, constructed-in dog kennel, a travel crate and an outdoor dog washing station. We have 2 golf carts (4 passenger & 6 passenger), 2 bicycles, charcoal grille and plenty of beach gear. Nothing has been overlooked and we know you will be pleased in this home. A permanent UV air purifier has been installed in the home to help stop the spread of germs, viruses and odors.

Located in Bald Head Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Getting the most from your vacation rental budget:

• The sooner you can reserve a vacation home, the easier your search will be. The most desirable vacation homes are booked very early. Booking your vacation property six to twelve months before your travel dates is recommended. Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years Eve are excellent times to plan and book your rental.
• June, July, and August are high season in the Wrightsville Beach area. Booking a rental in Fall or Spring is our favorite way to save money on your rental home. Rates are lower, and you'll find a larger selection of desirable homes.
• Veterans and Active Duty Military members may qualify for special discounts. Be sure to ask your prospective property management company or host whether your vacationing group qualifies for a price reduction or discount.
• Property managers typically offer their guests an option to add trip insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost you between 1% - 5% of the base reservation price, offers visitors reimbursement of costs for missed trip time as a result of medical-related issues or weather disasters, as well as evacuation costs, such as an unanticipated hotel overnight or extra fuel expenses. Trip insurance might be a a bank account-saver if the unforeseen occurs. Ask your host for program terms and fees.
