Lane’s Ferry Dock & Grill is a lunch and dinner joint that’s found within a small residential-looking structure near the Cape Fear River. Since 1881, this little corner of the Cape Fear area has always served as a dock landing and local store, and the restaurant, which was built in 1932, continues a decades’ old tradition of southern hospitality and a welcome diversion from a long trip along the coast.

This is a freshly refreshed 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home on the canal with just a short walk to the beach. The beach access is just at the end of the road and if you bring your boat you can dock it at ease any time at our private dock. This home provides covered porches and a huge covered entertaining area underneath the home. It has a nice enormous fenced in back yard for calming or playing games with the family.We do not allow inflatable pools and/or kiddy pools. We have allowed this in the past however we are left with dead grass and high water bills.
