Exterior amenities include an outside shower, permanent grille, screen porch, sun deck, covered porch, shuffle board & floating dock. This is stringently a ***NON SMOKING*** & *** accepts up to 2 dogs per rental unit for an additional FEE. HOME IS NOT EQUIPPED FOR ELECTRIC CAR CHARGING.
