"Bay Breeze" is a three bedroom / two bath located in the Maritime forest off of North Bald Head Wynd. This home is tucked around great Live Oaks giving you the feel of being in an actual tree home! The enormous, broad windows let in tons of light and the open floor plan is great for family gatherings. The first level contains a garage and entry way. The second floor within the tops of the trees has the main living area. Please note there are not blinds for these windowns. The kitchen is well supplied and lives very well. Upstairs is the master king suite as well as two more bedrooms with a shared bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen and the 3rd bedroom has two twins. Outside we have multiple expansive decks. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower and plenty of room for outdoor grilling. Upstairs off of the living is a nice screened in porch with an outdoor dining area and a hammock. Right off of the screened porch is a sun bathing deck.

Get the best rental value:

• Book your vacation home as early as possible. Rental schedules generally become available a year in advance (or in September just after the Summer season ends). Many families reserve their Summer rentals during Christmas and Thanksgiving gatherings. Reserve before these holidays for best selection.
• To book the most suitable rental within budget, we strongly suggest booking in Spring or Fall. You'll benefit from lower rates, greater selection, gorgeous weather and the absence of giant crowds at Wrightsville Beach restaurants, beaches, and activities.
• Some owners offer discounts for active duty military and veterans. Remember to ask your host or property manager if rate reductions are available for your group before you book.
• Property management companies often offer customers an option to add vacation insurance. Trip insurance, which generally will cost anywhere between 1% - 5% of the booking price, offers visitors reimbursement of their vacation costs for any missed trip time as a result of personal medical-related emergencies or weather disasters, as well as ensuing additional evacuation charges, such as an unexpected hotel overnight or additional fuel expenses.
