You can fish, paddle board and kayak at high tide from the community dock that sits on the marsh looking at the waterway. Appreciate the community tennis courts and grilling station that is located in the middle of the complex. STRICTLY 2 PARKING SPACES ACCEPTED. GOLF CARTS ARE ACCEPTED BUT THE GOLF CART WILL COUNT AS ONE OF THE PARKING PLACES. NO DROP CORDS ARE ACCEPTED TO CHARGE GOLF CARTS. IT IS A MAJOR FIRE HAZARD. NO SMOKING. NO FAMILY PETS. NO BOATS, JET SKIS OR TRAILERS.
