Short 4 min walk to the marina (picture yourself sitting out on the restaurant/bar deck and watching the boats come in and out!). Quick 2 min. walk to the community salt water pool with bath home. Condo is one level on the first floor- no climbing stairs! Wood floors and ceramic baths. All bedrooms with en suite baths! The master bathroom has a King size bed with a enormous walk in closet. One bedroom with twin beds for the kids or grandkids. Open floor plan and charmingly decorated- prepare dinner while visiting with your friends or family that are seated at the raised bar or dining or living room. (2) wall mounted TV's, and surround sound speakers. Tons of cabinets and closet space. Totally outfitted and attractively done. A entirely screened patio provides a place for relaxation and drinks after a very busy day. Quiet and safe neighborhood that lends itself to long leisurely walks, riding bicycles, and close proximity to the beaches. Once down at the beach you'll savor a private parking lot for renters and St James owners - there's a beach home which has rest rooms , a swimming pool and beach accessories- and most important, a handsome wide beach a few steps away. The eateries of Oak Island are a short drive away. People that come to Southport don't want to leave- it's that fantastic of a place. Well located for so many activities - golfing, beaching, nature walks, and exploring historic Southport or Wilmington.
